Ingredients

  • Kit Mix
  • Home Ingredients:
  • Butter,
  • Eggs,
  • Yummy jam of your choice

Instructions

Today you will learn how to make how to make linzer cookies. the cookies are made from a kit you can find at Walmart.

Shall we begin...
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Lightly grease your pan with butter or baking spray.
  3. Wash the snowflake cookie cutter with warm soapy water & dry thoroughly
  4. Combine cookie mix, butter ,egg, mix until well blended.
  5. Roll cookie dough to 3/16-inch thick on a lightly floured surface
  6. Make 8 shapes with large snowflake cookie cutter
  7. Gathering and re rolling as needed
  8. Place 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet
  9. Use smaller  cookie cuter to cut out center of big cookie
  10. Adding cutout back to dough. roll out another 8 snowflakes, but do not cut a hole in these ones
  11. Bake for 8- 10 minutes. wait until edges are delicious golden brown
  12. Let cool and transfer to cookie pan for cooling.
  13. Spread jam on the whole cookie and put the cookie with the whole on it.
